1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement or return under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/tags.

Note: We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as size mismatch (for watches/caps), personal preference, or color change unless the product received is incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, contact us via:

Please share:

• Your order number

• Photo/video of the product showing the issue

• Your preference: refund or replacement

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area), or provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

• If your return is approved and we receive the product in eligible condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• Delivery charges (₹80) will not be refunded unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned after 7 days

• Used, worn, or damaged products (unless delivered that way)

• Items without original packaging

• Personalized/custom-made products (if any)

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you can apply for return after delivery.

6. Our Promise

We offer a “No Questions Asked” 7-Day Replacement on items that are damaged or defective from our side. Your satisfaction and trust are very important to us.
