By accessing or shopping on this site, you accept these Terms & Conditions unconditionally. We may revise these terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to any changes made.

Selloria.in is a trusted destination where you can explore and shop quality caps, watches, sunglasses, and accessories in a secure, user-friendly environment. All products and information shown on Selloria.in are an invitation to offer. Your order constitutes an offer, which we may accept or reject.

1. Eligibility to Use the Website

Use of Selloria.in is only available to individuals who are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Those "incompetent to contract" (e.g., minors, un-discharged insolvents) are not eligible. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we believe you're under 18 or otherwise legally restricted.

2. User Account & Membership

Creating an account is optional—you may shop as a guest. However, registering allows easier tracking of orders and quicker checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account without notice if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Electronic Communication

By visiting Selloria.in or sending us emails, messages, or WhatsApp communications, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may contact you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp for order updates, promotional offers, or service messages.

4. Customer Reviews & Feedback

All reviews, feedback, suggestions, or submissions (collectively “Comments”) shared with us via the website or otherwise will become the sole property of Selloria.in. By submitting them, you grant us full rights to use, reproduce, publish, or distribute them for any purpose without any compensation to you.

You must not post or send Comments that are illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or spam in nature. We are not obligated to moderate comments but reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.

5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product information, pricing, and photos are accurate. However, typographical or system errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, or cancel orders if the product hasn’t been shipped.

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders placed through Selloria.in are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders due to payment issues, stock availability, or system errors. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and any payment will be refunded.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Fees

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM are shipped the same day (excluding Sundays/holidays).

  • Delivery time ranges between 2–6 business days, based on your location.

  • Delivery is free on orders above ₹599. Orders below this amount incur a ₹80 delivery fee.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We offer 7-day replacements for damaged or defective items.

  • To qualify, products must be unused and returned with original packaging.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping fees and be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements are provided without questions if the issue is on our end.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Selloria.in—logos, designs, photos, text, graphics—is the intellectual property of Selloria and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Selloria.in shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
